Purchased the 360-degree floor sweeper. It didn't work — cheap plastic a worthless item. Contacted them but received NO response. I was required to send the item back before a refund would be issued. I paid $33 to return it to Canada. They denied the package, and it was returned to me for another $43 in shipping. This company goes by multiple names. Dealtopia and Deal Way Shop are two. Unscrupulous cheats.

Preferred solution: Cover the cost of the return shipping because they refused to accept and was then shipped back to me. I've been billed for the RETURN shipping because they refused to accept the product back.

This company is a total ripoff. I too bought the sweeper.

Within 5 minutes it broke. It was a piece of junk to begin with. I wrote them, they had me send pictures etc. and agreed to send me a new one.

I inquired multiple times as to where the replacement is without any response.

I have written the BBB, channel 7 on your side and plan to continue to let anyone looking to buy products from them to never do it. They should be shut down!

I purchased a dryer vent cleaner for $25 and was stunned when it came - it was probably worth 5 cents! Nothing fit together properly and it def did not work. After contacting them and spending another $10 to return it to their business in Canada, they have blown me off! Do not buy anything from this seller as their products are not what they promise them to be. I’m out $30 with nothing to show for it.

I have ordered 2 aircoolers from Exclusive Deal Shop at the beginning of August 2018 it has now been 4 months. I have tried several times to email them but always get the answer the staff are looking in to my order. As I live in Australia I thought it might take a bit longer to deliver them but now I know that it's a big scam. I will never shop online again.

Air Coolers

Sept 11, 2018 I purchased buy two get one free air coolers from Exclusive Deal shop. It took all of the three weeks for delivery. My initial use of two of the coolers immediately failed when I inserted the usb cord into the cooler receptacle. The receptacle for the plug receded into the machine which prevented the plug from seating resulting in no electrical power to the unit. I immediately emailed customer service (within the ten day window) and received a response and assigned a request number, 16827 on Sept 12. Well, thats the last time i have heard from them. I have sent subsequent emails to no avail. This company is beyond reproach. I spent $177.00 for 1 of 3 units that work.. Very defective product...Do not buy if you expect any resolutions to any issues you may or will have. Very DISSAPOINTING PRODUCT AND COMPANY!

I too purchased two of the mini air coolers only to find my bedside table was soaked the next morning the water tanks both faulty and water leaking everywhere I have send at least 4 emails to Exclusive Deal Shop and also Arctic Air and as of today no reply from either Absolute evil scammers dodgy company that sells dodgy products Stay clear everyone

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/TOTAL RIP OFF

I ordered two of the coolers.One for myself and one as a gift.The gift was fine and worked perfectly.Mine,however had a faulty cord. I was told to return the faulty unit (at my expense $9.95) and it would be replaced. I did so on October 7,2018.I reached out again on 10/18/18.To date I have received no response. I realize now that I have been cheated and will chalk it up as a lesson well learned.I think it is awful that someone can so easily cheat you out of your hard earned money.

Tried to return an air cooler

The air cooler arrived after waiting several weeks for it. It advertises itself as usable in a USB port or an electrical outlet. When I opened the package, there was a power cord to use with a computer, but no plug for the device. I contacted Exclusive Deals immediately and was told someone would get back to me in 48 hours. I'm still waiting. When I tried to contact them again via their website, I couldn't get through. I did read their return policy which basically states that once you buy their product you're stuck if you don't like it. This is ridiculous! They obviously don't believe in customer satisfaction. Once they get your money, they ignore any complaints you may have. I feel ripped off. Is this any way to run a reputable company? I think not. I will not be doing business with Exclusive Deals in the future.

i ordered an air cooler on august 20th & i paid with paypal i did however,recieve an order#(13733) but i did not recieve a tracking number what so ever after sending email after email,a rep named james told me that "they were processing my order & i would have a tracking number in a week"so far no tracking number & no order to show.so i don't know if even after i finally get this so-called air cooler should i return it back to the shipper or leave it in the box,i ordered this so-called air cooler on august 20 this is tuesday september 4,2018 almost 3 weeks ago.i would like to know if these air coolers are even going to be shipped to those who ordered them.

I had the same problem. It took one month to get mine and it has worked three weeks, then stopped working.

I complained to them and they so NO REFUNDS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Awful! The air cooler is a rip-off.

I paid $89 for a mini air cooler that doesn’t work at all. It took weeks to arrive. I emailed them immediately to tell them I wanted to return it and to please send me instructions on how to return for a refund. That was in September and I still have not heard from them

Scam Alert

Had to file a Pay Pal Inquiry and received this Air Cooler only after PayPal intervened. There was no shipping notice with tracking number like I normally receive from Online Companies when placing an order. This DESK TOP Air Cool Unit did not include a normal cord to plug in. One needs a USB Plug to operate, which is not supplied either.

Only runs on "low" or "medium".

Instead of 8 hours run time - as advertised - it only runs for 3 hours on "medium" setting with full water supply.

The same unit sells in other stores for half the price. Buyer Beware!

These are enough details to show what kind of company this seller is running.
